The perception expressed by passengers concerning their personal safety level and the hand baggage control service is overall very strong both at Malpensa and Linate. At this latter airport, in addition to the availability of a “fast track” lane dedicated to VIP customers and “facilitators” (personnel who provide passenger support at the security lanes), a dedicated lane is available for passengers on the Milan-Rome route.
Constant attention is focused on reducing line waiting times, without sacrificing the accuracy of controls. Monitoring is constant, in order to identify and choose any corrective actions.
